Axioma-Service LLC offers a long-term lease for a video surveillance system for your property, fully meeting the needs of your homeowners' association.
We will design a security video surveillance system tailored to your needs and wishes, and purchase and install the equipment within three months of signing a preliminary agreement of intent.
The monthly rental fee depends directly on the complexity of the system: the number and parameters of cameras, the depth of the archive, and other factors.
The installation of up to four cameras per building is covered by the company and is not included in the subsequent rental fee, provided that 70% or more of the apartments in the building are connected to our network and regularly pay for the standard package of channels.
What do you need from an HOA?
Letter to the director
Send a letter to the director of Axioma-Service LLC with a request to provide the service on a rental basis and attach a copy of the minutes of the meeting with consent.
Access to the site
Provide access to equipment installation sites.
Power supply
Provide the ability to connect to power.
Internet
Provide the ability to connect to the Internet.
Agreement and input
Promptly coordinate design decisions, sign certificates of completed work and commissioning.
Agreement and payments
Conclude a lease agreement and make timely payments arising from it.
